By accessing or using the EFK Tutoring website at efktutoring.com, or by enrolling in any EFK Tutoring program, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Services

EFK Tutoring provides in-person K–8 academic tutoring and summer camp programs in the Burke, VA area. All services are provided to students only upon agreement between EFK Tutoring and the student's parent or legal guardian.

2. Enrollment & Scheduling

Submitting a form on this Site constitutes an inquiry, not a confirmed enrollment or booking. All enrollments are confirmed directly by EFK Tutoring via phone or email within 24–48 hours.

3. Parent & Guardian Responsibility

By submitting an inquiry or enrollment form, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child named in the submission and that you have the authority to enroll the child in tutoring services.

4. Payments & Cancellations

Pricing, payment terms, and cancellation policies are communicated directly by EFK Tutoring at the time of enrollment confirmation. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for session cancellations.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site is the property of EFK Tutoring and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

While we are fully committed to each student's progress, we do not guarantee specific academic outcomes, grade improvements, or standardized test results.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EFK Tutoring and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services or this Site.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fairfax County, Virginia.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
