What EFK Means
EFK stands for Enriching Future Kids. Not initials. Not a tagline. A commitment.
EFK Tutoring was founded by Eyad Hindiyeh, Feda Hindiyeh, and Kellie Steiger because they kept seeing the same thing: smart, capable kids falling behind not because they couldn't learn, but because nobody had found the right way to reach them yet.
Feda spent years working directly with students with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning differences. She saw firsthand how much the right approach could change a child's path. Kellie brought her gift for connection and structure, turning resistant learners into confident ones. Eyad made sure every family felt supported from the very first call.
Together, they built something different. Not a franchise. Not a one-size-fits-all program. A team of three people who genuinely care about the kids they work with and won't quit until those kids believe in themselves.
Today, EFK serves families across Burke, Springfield, Woodbridge, Centreville, Chantilly, Dumfries, Dale City, and South Riding throughout Northern Virginia.

Meet the People Behind EFK
Three co-founders. One shared belief: every child can succeed when they have the right support.
Eyad Hindiyeh
Co-FounderEyad works directly with students at EFK, bringing patience and consistency to every session. He has a real gift for connecting with kids who've struggled in traditional settings, whether because of ADHD, learning differences, or just never feeling like school was built for them.
He meets each student where they are, not where a textbook says they should be. His sessions are calm, structured, and built around the individual child. Students who come in frustrated tend to leave feeling like they can actually do this.
Eyad is also the first person you'll hear from when you reach out. He handles scheduling and family questions personally, so the care you feel in the session starts from the very first conversation.

Feda Hindiyeh
Co-FounderFeda is the heart of EFK's teaching approach. She has years of hands-on experience working with students of all learning abilities, including those with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning differences. She currently holds a Bachelor's degree in Special Education and is pursuing her Master's in Teaching.
Every session she designs starts with a simple question: where is this child right now? Not where they should be. Not where their grade level says they should be. Where they actually are. From there, she builds a path forward that makes sense for that specific student.
Feda's approach is patient, structured, and built around each student. Kids light up in her sessions, and the progress backs it up.
Kellie Steiger
Co-FounderKellie brings warmth and structure to every session she runs. She has a natural gift for connecting with students in a way that makes them feel capable, even when they've spent years being told they're struggling.
She currently holds a Master's degree in Special Education and is pursuing her Doctoral degree. Her work with students is grounded in the belief that confidence is the foundation of all learning. A student who believes they can try is a student who can succeed.
Kellie's sessions are never just about the material. They're about helping a child discover what they're actually capable of. And that discovery tends to stick long after the session ends.
